Rose Senior Living is looking for an organized, efficient, and hospitality-focused individual for a mixed concierge and administrative assistant role. This role works directly with the Business Office Manager to process invoices, distribute monthly statements, and maintain an up-to-date billing process.

The role would also assist in some human resource functions, such as maintaining employee records, conducting applicant phone screens, and assisting with new hire orientations. Attention to detail and comfortability with various computer programs are important qualities.

The concierge role entails greeting visitors, answering the main phoneline, maintaining a transportation calendar, submitting work orders, and maintaining a neat and professional front desk.

This role has weeks split between more office-centric assistant work and more resident and visitor-facing concierge work. An every other weekend concierge rotation would be part of the permanent schedule.

Payrate: $20/hr
