We are seeking an exceptionally warm and professional Concierge to ensure that the highest caliber of service is being offered to all guests, in accordance with Forbes Five-Star Standards.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent; Secondary education preferred
• At least 2 years of previous customer service experience required
• Strong customer service skills, communicating in English (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills; additional language fluency a plus
• Must be able to prioritize and have excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to think and analyze clearly under high pressure
• Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult guest experiences
