Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager

Job Summary:

If you are looking for a fun, energetic place to work, the City of Bridgeport is in search of Concessions Team Leads to join us at The Bridge Sports Complex! As a Concessions Team Lead, you will play an important role in the experience of our members and patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train concession team members according to the operating procedures.

• Prepare and serve food and beverage items following the proper health department guidelines.

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain the quality appearance of the concessions/café area.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be at least 17 years of age with prior food and beverage experience.

• Excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively with both staff and patrons.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, holidays, and weekends.

• A Food Handler's Card issued by State Food Safety is required.
