Position Summary

Estimates labor and material costs of production and engineering in response to Request for Proposal data submitted by prospective customers.

  • Analyzes specifications including sketches, blueprints, bills of material or sample layouts, and calculates costs using labor and material pricing schedules and historical data

  • Collects cost data from functional representatives, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Computes cost estimates of raw materials or subcontracted work and labor

  • Prepares and maintains historical cost data

  • Creates cost models for estimating elements

  • Prepares cost reports and presents findings to management, contract personnel, proposal coordinators, customer representatives, price auditors, vendors, and subcontractors

  • Expected to assist in the preparation of larger and more complex assignments

  • 2 years of experience is required

  • BS or BS is preferred

  • Proficient using Aspen KBase 6.5 (ICARUS) is preferred

  • Basic knowledge of MS Access is preferred

VIEW JOBS 1/16/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-16T00:00 <div><strong>JOB ID: 1034</strong><br /> <strong>Full Time</strong><br /> <strong>Wage: $20.20/hr - $21.64/hr(DOE)</strong><br /> <br /> <br /> <strong><u>Summary:</u></strong><br />   <div>The Case Manager, Navigator II will participate in daily street outreach to homeless clients in the South East County region as part of a Multidisciplinary Street Based Engagement Team.  The Case Manager will be working in 28 cities under the Gateway Connections Program along with medical providers and mental health specialists. Using the PATH Street Outreach Integrated Care approach, case manager will provide outreach and engagement services to conduct case management interventions to quickly assess and link clients to long term housing, health, mental health and other supportive services.  The case manager will attend community meetings and develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, and service providers. Case manager will refer clients for necessary services and offer transportation assistance.  <br />  </div> <div><b><u>Responsibilities: </u></b>The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.  Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.</div> <div> </div> <b><i><u>Supportive Services - </u></i></b>Conduct daily street outreach to develop relationships and build rapport with clients in order to assist them with finding a home. Services may include assisting the individual with gathering documentation, increasing income, accessing appropriate mental and physical health services, and any other services that assist an individual to improve his/her quality of life. Complete all necessary paperwork to track client progress, (daily logs, ISP, etc.).  Meet with established clients on a weekly basis to review, evaluate, and support goal completion.  Respond within specific contract timeframes to requests for street outreach services and send follow-up information to the requestor and the supervisor.  Conduct VI-SPDAT, (Vulnerability Index- Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool), on all new clients in order to connect them to proper intervention and services.  Document results, complete match initiation form, and submit all paperwork to CES Coordinator.  Provide street case management services by connecting homeless clients to long-term supportive services.  Assist client with the establishment of personal benefits including (GR, SSI, TANF, Veterans Pension, etc.). Help client to obtain various forms of identification including birth certificates and social security cards. Provide employment assistance, housing referrals, and health related assistance, as identified on the ISP.  Assist with applications for supportive and subsidized housing and prospect potential locations for affordable rental housing. Build relationships with prospective landlords, and identify appropriate permanent housing options. Collaborate with community substance abuse and mental health providers to ensure seamless referral services. Work with local law enforcement and interim service providers to ensure a smooth transition from street living to interim housing. Provide ongoing information, referrals, linkages, and advocacy for all other identified needs. Creatively use and develop community resources to broker and link clients to services.  Provide a high quality customer service environment for all clients. Participate in staff meetings and training as assigned by supervisor.<br />   <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;"><strong><em><u>Documentation</u></em></strong><strong><em> -  </em></strong>Maintain documentation standards as set forth by the program contract and PATH policies. Complete paperwork on each face to face and telephone contact with the client, or with any collateral contact, by close-of-business on the next working day. Ensure all program data is accurate and entered into the appropriate program documentation system as contractually required. (i.e. HMIS, internal spreadsheet, CES, etc.) Prepare case-related reports including but not limited to: demographics, outcomes, successes and challenges. Generate client data for reporting. Complete follow-up and retention services, and provide back-up documentation in client file.
