Shift: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
Community Medical Services (CMS) is hiring an IT Provisioning Support Technician. Under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer, the IT Provisioning Support Technician is responsible for maintaining the assets inventory and lifecycle of computers and IT equipment.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provision, configure, and deploy computers and IT equipment (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, etc.)
- Manage and maintain the inventory lifecycle of IT equipment
- Maintain detailed records of IT assets inventory
- Conduct hardware refurbishment and repairs as needed
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and manage systems in Active Directory, Windows Operating systems, iPads and iPhones, and Microsoft Azure
- Provide Level 2 IT Help Desk support to end users
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Travel up to 20% within the U.S. to support on-site IT needs
Qualifications
Education, Certification, and Experience Requirements
- Teamwork-oriented, with experience working in virtual or distributed teams
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT hardware provisioning, repair, or technical support
- CompTIA or A+ certification required
- Additional certifications like Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, hardware diagnostics, and repair tools
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and WAN environments preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Associate degree or equivalent from a technical college; bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
Tools and Equipment Requirements
- The ability to use a phone, computer, printer, and copier is required.
- Frequent use of Microsoft office products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
- The ability to use the internet and various web browser software is required.
Physical Working Conditions and Office Setting Description
- Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
- Manual dexterity using a calculator and computer keyboard.
- Requires prolonged sitting, standing, frequent bending, stooping, or stretching.
- Some lifting may be required.
- Frequent and prolonged typing and frequent and prolonged operation of computer, keyboard, and telephones required.
- Requires occasional use of fax machines, telephones, copiers, and other office equipment.
- Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
