Belmark is seeking a dynamic team member to learn hor to oversee the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role will ensure the accuracy and update all the maintenance asset databases. The goal is to standardize maintenance processes and maintenance tasks of all campus equipment.

Organize, maintain, coordinate and manage the department's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and spare parts.
Oversee and/or support processing of Maintenance Work Orders including receipt, coordination, clarification, input, gaining necessary approval, tracking, and prioritization.
Ensure all OSHA requirements, generated through the CMMs program are assigned and completed within the time requirements.
Provide ideas/insights to refine established procedures to improve inventory accuracy, efficiency, or to reduce cost.
Responsible for ensuring parts and purchasing data that is entered into the CMMS system, is performed accurately and efficiently.
Responsible for the un-packaging and restocking of parts in their correct locations.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Must be enrolled in a associates program that relates to the role (ie: Industrial Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Technology
Excellent organizational and time-management skills in order to meet defined deadlines
Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
Must have strong technical knowledge.
Ability to meet deadlines. May be required to work some overtime.
Ability to read, comprehend and follow implicit and explicit written and oral instructions.
Ability to use hands for 100% of work time (e.g. wrenches, screw drivers, drills, etc.); and reach above shoulders for 25% of work time.
Ability to: stand and walk for 75% of work time; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 25% of work time.
Ability to: lift up to 25 pounds or less 30% of time, up to 50 pounds or less 15% of work time and up to 75 pounds or less 15% of work time. May lift up to 100 pounds.
