The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting enterprise programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.

The Analytics & Cognitive team works with our clients to:

  • Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based as well as client-owned platforms

  • Deploy automation and cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions

  • Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience

  • 4+ years of experience leading and managing project teams

  • 2+ full cycle product experiences (prototype to production) deploying computer vision solutions

  • API development experience

  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree

  • Travel up to 80-100% of the time (Monday - Thursday/Friday) (While 80-100% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Preferred:

  • Advanced Degree preferably in applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, electrical engineering, physics, or closely related field

  • Formal training in one or many of the following: computer vision, image processing, linear and non-linear programming, machine learning, linear algebra

  • Certification or expertise on at least one of the following platforms: Google Vision, AWS Rekognition, Azure Computer Vision/Face/Content Moderator, or Watson Visual Recognition

  • Expertise in computer vision or deep learning frameworks and libraries, e.g. PyTorch, OpenCV, Keras, Tensorflow, scikit-image

  • Advanced skills in Python

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, image processing, computer vision

  • Experience with quantitative modeling (design, development & implementation) using 3+ types of algorithms (e.g., YOLOv3, RetinaNet, Faster R-CNN)

  • Expertise in fields e.g. structured information extraction, object detection, action recognition, image segmentation, spatiotemporal modeling (hybrid CNN/RNN)

  • Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to exercise mature judgment.

Must be able to work cross-sector to plan, coordinate and track activities supporting the AI campaign. Activities include developing, coordinating and integrating campaign master schedule across all functions. Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering. Action Item tracking and resource management to ensure appropriate campaign staff are supporting key activities and briefings. Ability to develop executive level status briefings. Responsible for budget management, campaign staffing and milestone delivery. Duties include financial tracking, establishment and management of cross-sector IWOs. Also responsible to work across the campaign functions to consolidate inputs for campaign information dissemination (weekly notes, highlights, and accomplishments) across the enterprise, coordination and facilitation of monthly status reviews, monthly staff meetings, quarterly reviews and stakeholder reviews. The Program Planning Manager will also support the execution of our internal communications activities to include coordination of our monthly lunch-n-learn and technology talk series, publishing of the AI Power newsletter and managing associated metrics. Working with the campaign customer engagement lead, coordinate customer and partner engagement calendars, briefing agendas, content and participation. Program Manger may also support AI marketing and branding activities. The successful candidate for this role will have outstanding personal credibility, be motivated and self-driven and poses strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should have strong program management skills and have a strong technical background. Ability to work across the enterprise and interface with both technical and non-technical staff. Experience or education in the artificial intelligence field is a plus. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 10 years', or Master's and 8 years' experience supporting Government contracts and/or project management in other industries. Experience in project management to include IMS development, financial management, staffing, risk identification and analysis. People leadership, strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with DoD program management, budget and program acquisition process. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with internal/external communications.
