The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service when responding to requests via phone and email, as well as accurately document details and status of requests. The ability to prioritize tasks to troubleshoot hardware, software and telephone problems in order to provide solutions to restore functionality in a timely manner are essential to this role.

As technology continues to evolve it will be necessary to perform upgrades, complete installations, perform regularly scheduled maintenance and maintain accurate inventory information. Continued familiarity with technology changes in network-based hardware and software, working knowledge of personal computers, network cards, Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS, email, VOIP, and broadband technologies such as VPN, Cable, DSL, WiFi, Cellular are important to the success of this role and the contributions to the Musco Team. For this role it is necessary that the candidate have the ability to communicate both verbally and through written communications, have a strong attention to detail, possess the demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and interact with all levels of the organization. Rotational weekend and on-call coverage will be required as scheduled.

Packaging Technician Trainee YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role, Packaging Technician Trainee, are to: * Operate, maintain and repair packaging equipment as well as troubleshoot problems associated with equipment, process or systems; * Provide leadership and direction to contractor employees on shift to ensure all work tasks are completed efficiently and safely according to Bayer policies; * Perform mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance on packaging equipment; * Complete equipment repair notifications and work directly with Maintenance Technicians on any repairs requiring their assistance; * Document actions and adjustments during shift in order to ensure a complete and safe shift exchange; * Document and complete safety, quality, environmental and inventory control reports; * Conduct equipment isolations and issue work permits to contractors and maintenance and monitor progress through completion of work; * Assist in preparation, review and approval of key process documentation (i.e. operating, cleanout, start-up, shutdown procedures, process flow and instrumentation diagrams); * Complete required safety, quality, product sampling and environmental checks and follow up on any deficiencies; * Mentor, teach and provide developmental coaching to peers and contractor operators; * Set and complete personal development goals; * Maintain a clean, safe and healthy work environment by supporting and completing 5S practices as well as all area and plant policies and procedures. More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent with at least that level of reading comprehension, writing and math; * At least two years of manufacturing or similar experience; * At least one year of product packaging experience; * At least one year of electrical/mechanical work experience; * Experience with robotic equipment; * Experience in forklift operation; * Ability to use various hand tools; * Ability to troubleshoot and complete mechanical repairs or preventive maintenance on equipment; * Operate Computer Control Systems (PLC and Delta V); * Ability to work in a team environment with effective time management skills to achieve production goals; * Proven leadership of a team or small group.
