The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service when responding to requests via phone and email, as well as accurately document details and status of requests. The ability to prioritize tasks to troubleshoot hardware, software and telephone problems in order to provide solutions to restore functionality in a timely manner are essential to this role.
As technology continues to evolve it will be necessary to perform upgrades, complete installations, perform regularly scheduled maintenance and maintain accurate inventory information. Continued familiarity with technology changes in network-based hardware and software, working knowledge of personal computers, network cards, Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS, email, VOIP, and broadband technologies such as VPN, Cable, DSL, WiFi, Cellular are important to the success of this role and the contributions to the Musco Team. For this role it is necessary that the candidate have the ability to communicate both verbally and through written communications, have a strong attention to detail, possess the demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and interact with all levels of the organization. Rotational weekend and on-call coverage will be required as scheduled.
