Computer Technician - Grand Island, NE

Job Summary:

The Computer Technician position in Grand Island, NE involves monitoring, supporting, repairing, and maintaining computer equipment. Responsibilities include performing PC imaging and proactively addressing systems issues. This role supports a Microsoft-based network using Windows 10.

Salary:

$20 - $25/hour based on experience

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. The position may involve evening and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Receive assets, install, and maintain equipment across facilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware and software

• Troubleshoot network & peripherals

• Manage e-mail systems

• Transport equipment using company vehicles

• Complete assigned tasks

Qualifications:

Successful candidates should have:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Minimum of four years of IT experience

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in networking, wireless networks, client OS administration, hardware assembly, Microsoft Office 2019, and troubleshooting

I.T. Specific Skills:

• Networking concepts

• Familiarity with Visual Studio VB.NET is preferred
