1.Onsite and remote troubleshooting of break/fix hardware issues, installation/setup/maintenance of various educational technology hardware, software/image deployment, LAN support and troubleshooting.

2.Make recommendations as to replacement, repair, and purchase of hardware and software items to enhance performance of MPS technology and equipment programs.

3.Assists with network device monitoring/management/installation, asset inventory, special project implementation, and end user training.

4.Assume all reasonable job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor in order to meet the needs of the department.
