Job Role: Computer Systems Engineer - PEGA (Ref 758)
Location: New York City, NY and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Requirements:
Master of Science degree in Computer Science/Applications, Applied Computer Science, Engineering (any branch). Information Technology, Computer/Management Information Systems plus 2 years of experience as Solutions Architect, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Computer Systems Engineer/Architect. Or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Applications, Applied Computer Science, Engineering (any branch). Information Technology, Computer/Management Information Systems plus 5 years of experience as Solutions Architect, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Computer Systems Engineer/Architect. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze existing computer systems and engineer PEGA-based solutions to enterprise-level computer application problems; perform requirement gathering and analysis; establish functional design specifications by mapping conceptual business needs and requirements into practical system capabilities; prepare system architecture and use-case high as well as low-level design documents (HLL & LLD); develop application design and integrate the PEGA platform with data from multiple and diverse sources; performance tuning of PEGA PRPC platform; develop code based on test driven development; install configure and host applications on web and application servers; support UAT, defect reviews and follow-ups and test developed applications for bugs and issues; and automate application builds and generate deployable files.
