Specializingincloud computing, managed services, virtualization, disaster recovery, data storage, wireless, voice-over-IP and telecommunications, they are a vital partner to many businesses in Rochester and across New York. Responsibilities:

IT Consulting
Design, Implementation & Management of multiple solutions including VMWare, SonicWALL, Fortinet & Office365
Planning & Execution of projects
Provide Technical Guidance and serve as an escalation point to other Info Advantage Engineers
Server, Network & PC Troubleshooting
IT Documentation and written processes
Track time and work

Qualifications:

5 or more years in Information technology
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, VMware, Networking & Security
Independent-thinker and self-starter, who can work within a team environment
Be detail-oriented and produce good documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication

Bonus Qualifications:

Work experience at a Managed Service Provider
Current certifications from vendors including Microsoft, VMWare & Fortinet
Bachelors in English or Computer Science
Experience with PSA/RMM tools such as Connectwise Manage & Automate
