EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 6 years of applicable experience with entry-level applications programming in C# or similar higher-level language, configuration management, maintenance, or software unit testing, and operation of existing programs.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Demonstrated understanding of basic procedural and object-originated design principles.
Demonstrated understanding of the general software development lifecycle.
Demonstrated understanding of basic relational database usage.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
Must have a valid driver's license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work as part of a team with other programmers working with internal customers including telemetry operators and flight test engineers.
Develop full-stack software solutions using C# on top of .NET 6 using WPF, gRPC, and ASP.NET Core, with a mix of SQL Server and NoSQL data stores.
Collaborate with internal customers to identify new software requirements.
Support the maintenance of some existing CRUD-based database applications.

VIEW JOBS Nature of WorkThis is data processing work in programming computers and in performing limited systems analysis assignments. An important part of the T&PE's mission is to provide day-of-launch situational awareness and to upload the atmospheric profile through which the vehicle steers, therefore the candidate will help maintain/develop tools used by the T&PE Team to examne and develop these profiles from different meteorogical data sources.
