Job Summary
Job Summary
The CARE Specialist's work will focus on subject-specific and grade-specific areas of emphasis. Working with classroom teachers on multiple school sites, the CARE Specialist will use structured instructional coaching cycles to improve student outcomes by modeling and emphasizing instructional best practices, providing timely and meaningful feedback, and supporting the implementation of Eureka City Schools' adopted curriculum with fidelity. In addition to assisting classroom teachers, the CARE Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering Eureka City Schools' professional development opportunities in their designated curricular areas of emphasis. The CARE Specialist may act as the Administrative Designee when a site principal is not on campus.

SALARY: Placement on the teachers' salary schedule according to experience and educational units. We award UNLIMITED years previous teaching experience for placement on the salary schedule.
