Our Compounding Unit Operator works within our aseptic pharmacy production department and plays a critical part in ensuring that our patients are receiving their correct medication.
As you will be central to the aseptic production process it is key to ensure that you adhere to the correct processes and legislations.
Due to the criticalness of this role and the fast-paced environment, this opportunity will give you great satisfaction and reward knowing that you played a key role in our patient's journey.
The Compounding Unit Operator will have a responsibility all stages of aseptic manufacture and inspection, stock control and adherence to cleaning requirements whilst contributing towards personal and team KPI's.

Working Hours:
Our Compounding Unit is operational 7 days a week. This role works 40 hours per week, over 5 days. These shifts would be allocated to you on a rotational basis to cover the below hours. Shift times include:
Shift rotation 1: Monday- Thursday 8am-4pm Friday 6am
Shift rotation 2: Monday-Thursday 1pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am
This all sounds great
Previous aseptic experience desirable but not essential as all training will be provided.
Expectational attention to detail skills combined with a track record of delivering to set KPI's whilst maintaining compliance.
Good organisational skills and basic understanding of computer systems such as Microsoft windows preferable.
