Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as a Production Operator based out of Clearfield, UT.
What You'll get to Do:
As a Composite Production Operator, you work on the next generation composite structures.
This job involves the fabrication of composite hardware using a variety of methods such as hand layup, bonding, assembly, trimming and final finishing. It will require development of skills to competently perform a wide variety of tasks designed to produce product that meet our customer expectations. Tasks may be in team environments or individual based.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent GED (education will be verified) and 0-2 years of experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing environment and/or hand tools
DoD Secret Clearance with periodic review within 5 years required to start
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access
Demonstrated ability using standard measuring equipment and power hand tools
Demonstrated abilities in reading and understanding blueprints, technical specifications and operating procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work flexible/changing schedules and weekends
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Composite experience and/or certification preferred
Previous composite, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
