Job Description Job Description Customer Service Logistics Analyst Main Responsibilities: Maintenance of warranty orders within ADC’s ERP system, SAP, as necessary.

Monitor weekly inventory reports to prevent out of stock. Monitor weekly reports and troubleshoot orders which are not fulfilled. Respond to internal & external customer inquiries regarding customer service & logistics issues.

Research issues in Salesforce and SAP. Send advance ship notice to warehouse. Create weekly return kit orders.

Participate in weekly meeting with Abbott Back-office Team meetings. Analyze weekly & monthly reports to ensure we meet KPI. Create PowerPoint slides for monthly KPI meetings and ad hoc reports.

Plan, organize and prioritize own daily work routine to meet established schedule/deadlines. Work with cross-functional teams within the division and across divisions (Demand Planning, Finance, Transportation, etc.) All work efforts must meet compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office/Outlook Minimum 3 years of relevant work experiences Detail oriented and high accuracy Ability to multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in a timely manner Preferred Qualifications: Possess experience using ERP system(s) (SAP preferred) and Salesforce Work experience in a procedurally controlled business environment and working with multiple vendors/partners
