Location: Titusville, NJ 08560.

Duration: 09 Months Contract.

Healthcare Compliance Reviewer

Responsible for collaborating with business partners and individuals across the global HCC organization to provide guidance on programs, initiatives, materials, and processes that have Health Care Compliance implications. The temporary Healthcare Compliance Reviewer will provide direction and oversight of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) Program for assigned Business Units including, among others, the Global External Innovation Organization, and ensure the business integrates Health Care Compliance (HCC) and Health Care Business Integrity (HCBI) principles into strategic plans and tactics.

This position will assist in the implementation of written policies and procedures; conducting effective training and education; maintaining effective lines of communication with business partners, including senior leadership; supporting the implementation of a testing and monitoring program; and responding promptly to detected offenses and undertaking corrective action. This position will review organization strategies, projects, and materials as appropriate.

In consultation with the Health Care Compliance Officer Director, Human Resources, and the Law Department, responsible for ensuring there is a mechanism in place for appropriately disciplining instances of non-compliance and ensuring consistency in the application of disciplinary action.

The temporary Healthcare Compliance Reviewer in conjunction with the Health Care Compliance Officer Director will be accountable for communicating company Health Care Compliance standards and information updates on new laws and guidance to committee members and key business partners.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required

5+ years experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of Health Care Compliance programs and policies, Federal health care programs, and FDA requirements (including promotional regulations) is required

Strong track record of working in a collaborative environment with demonstrated evidence of maintaining relationships and partnerships with peers and business partners is required

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and trends, and communicate complex information to all levels of the company is required

Qualified candidates will be self-directed, detail-oriented and motivated; demonstrating a high level of accountability, leadership, and decisiveness and the ability to prioritize, and execute on multiple and frequently changing priorities

This position may require travel up to approximately 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience applying HCC-related company policies and interpreting legal and regulatory requirements related to the engagement of Health Care Providers and/or Government Officials

Experience working in a complex, matrix environment

Engagement and understanding of the operations and associated needs of a global organization

The JJRO Labeling Business Process Excellence Lead reports to the JJRO Global End to End Labeling Head and is responsible for providing direct process excellence capability to the end to end labeling process at the enterprise level. This includes oversight of portfolio of end to end labeling initiatives both across and within sectors, partnering with sector process owners (end to end and functional) to align enterprise versus sector, metrics, processes, and improvement projects. 1. Support to End to End Labeling Projects * You will be responsible for process mapping, process optimization, metrics and value identification for JJRO lead and supported labeling projects * Solicit input and expertise from sector(s) to provide technical or subject matter expertise * Benchmarking with internal and external best-in-class methods 2. END TO END LABELING PROCESS MANAGEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT * Map and maintain end to end labeling process for enterprise and sectors, driving, continuous improvement, optimization and harmonization where possible and delivering maximum value * Maintain portfolio of all sector and enterprise labeling process and system projects, including prioritization, value, and impact to overall end to end process * You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of effective dashboards for labeling process and system projects striving for process excellence * You will deliver common methodology for project execution and measurement across the end to end labeling process * Develop and maintain process metrics across end to end labeling process * Connect similar process and system projects across enterprise for maximum overall value of each project * Report on overall labeling portfolio and metrics monthly at JJRO Labeling Steering Team 3. END TO END LABELING PROJECT AND PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT This person will be primarily accountable for overall project management for the Labeling Team.
