* Perform periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) compliance monitoring and communicate results to Line One business units, escalating issues as appropriate. * Assist with the preparation and communication of formalized compliance monitoring reporting. * Increase and maintain the expected level of consumer compliance knowledge, as well as other laws and regulations as assigned. * Assist with the regulatory change management process as directed by the Compliance Manager. * Assist in compiling documents for the Compliance Department exams, audits and reviews.In addition to the above, additional responsibilities may include:1.Conducting compliance reviews of marketing materials.2.Conducting research to assist with determine root cause analysis of compliance violations or complaints.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:In addition to the list below, it is understood that all positions with the company require individuals who possess a pleasant and friendly attitude, project sensitivity towards customers and fellow employees, and maintain a neat and clean professional appearance. Education- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.Experience- At least one (1) year of banking, financial services or related experience.Other- None.Preferred
