The Compliance Reporting Analyst completes the MCR report (quarterly), the North Carolina MCR (quarterly) and several other Compliance data management oversight tools.
Typical duties include:
MCR report completion (QTRLY)
North Carolina MCR (QTRLY)
Create and keep updated, programs to effectively manage various compliance reports
Create and keep updated, Data Management tools
Create and keep updated, Pipeline Oversight tools
Work with LOS to create efficiencies for compliance checks and oversight
Utilize Office tools to set data storage for the department
Arizona report to AZ RI
College degree with an emphasis on Computer Science or equivalent work experience within computer programming.
Have previous Compliance experience in the mortgage loan industry.
Know and understand the various banking channels such as TPO, Correspondent, Broker and Retail.
Have basic knowledge of how loans are funded and serviced within the banking channels.
Have working knowledge with Encompass to create pipelines, plug ins, and reports.
Highly skilled in Microsoft office 365 and programming.
Demonstrate organization and communication skills.
