Five9 is a fast-growing SaaS company that is expanding our federal customer-base. We are seeking an experienced and driven Information Governance Program Manager who will be responsible for the management of the remediation, authorization, and reporting processes to ensure the information governance program is sufficiently robust to meet and maintain our FedRAMP ATO, and other independent certifications and approvals as appropriate to Five9.

This role requires excellent project management and communication skills, a deep understanding of information governance and compliance within a SaaS operational and FedRAMP compliant environment. The successful candidate will partner with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party assessment organizations (3PAOs) and the FedRAMP PMO office, to ensure the Compliance team meets and maintains an information governance program that supports the FedRAMP authorization and other independent approvals, coordinate the results of audits and their corrective actions across the business, and drive Continuous Monitoring deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, scope, resource, coordinate, communicate status, manage risks, and track progress across multiple product workstreams

  • Execute on cross functional business objectives and align cross-functional teams

  • Strong ability to identify issues early, drive to successful issue resolution and escalate, blockers, risks, and challenges appropriately within the management chain

  • Create and support cross functional program deliverables including program plans, quarterly objectives, and associated initiatives

  • Serve as the liaison between Compliance SMEs, Product and Engineering to deliver initiatives, resolve blockers, influence decisions, and address questions, and balance product and business priorities with operational compliance requirements

  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving program needs while effectively navigating teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and more

  • Critical thinker who has consistently been sought after to find win-win solutions across various teams with competing priorities

  • Assist in the development and tracking of metrics and measurements

  • Brief leadership on gaps and document risk tolerance and available threat information

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal InfoSec, Product, Development and CloudOps groups; external vendors; and 3PAOs to meet required FedRAMP milestones and objectives

Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of experience in program management

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with strong ownership and drive

  • Experience working in a global, large-scale, complex, and fast-paced environment

  • Working knowledge of security for cloud/web applications and advanced understanding of product development and control implementation

  • Experience with JIRA, Project, and reporting dashboards

  • Organized and analytical, able to identify efficiencies and eliminate internal and external obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or commensurate experience

  • Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry security standards (for example PCI, SOC 2, ISO 27000, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of privacy

  • Professional project management or relevant certification

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

All compensation and benefits are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in the applicable plan documents and any written agreements between the parties.

The US base salary range for this role is below.

$109,100-$163,700 USD
