The Role:

The Program Director, Global Compliance, will work closely with the Heads of Assurance and Compliance to provide oversite and statistics across the workstreams of the Compliance Program. This position will work closely with key stakeholders across multiple functional and business groups to facilitate Compliance across the Live Nation Entertainment portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Head of Assurance and Compliance to determine strategy for the compliance program including Anti-corruption, Policy & Procedures, & Corporate Training & Education, and Third-Party Risk Management

  • Review appropriate Compliance and Industry appropriate laws & regulations and work with the Project Director as needed for gap assessments against current LNE practices

  • Will be responsible for facilitating cross-functional company efforts with guidance from senior leadership

  • Persuasively communicate thoughts and ideas that are based upon sound logic and relevant data

  • Model confidence and perseverance in the face of change and ambiguity and provide support to help others adapt to change

  • May manage a team of 3 plus employees

  • Create positioning, messaging, and storytelling across multiple releases and solutions, this may include working with the Corporate Training team to develop training for compliance programs

  • Build a knowledgebase of best practices and key learnings

  • Work closely with the Project Director, Global Compliance on multiple projects or programs of High complexity and/or High visibility

  • Will build and nurture relationships and partnerships with internal and external team members to achieve desired results

  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports for Compliance and Information Security related program activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Compliance or equivalent field of study

  • Experience in managing employees is a plus

  • Excellent computer skills including experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills required

  • Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders in order to meet organizational goals within deadline

  • Ability to work in large global environments spanning multiple time-zones

  • Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information

  • Ability to present for small to medium-sized cross-functional groups on relevant topics and PMO best practices.
