Compliance Manager

Job Description Job Description Compliance Manager Job Description: Seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including employee onboarding, wage and hour laws, licensing, and required reporting. Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with employee onboarding and employer obligations

• Maintain good standing in required jurisdictions

• Obtain and manage state healthcare licensing for temporary staff placement

• Prepare and submit necessary reports

• Improve department controls, systems, and procedures

• Assist other departments with compliance-related decisions Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree (preferred) - Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements and wage/hour laws

• Experience in Payroll, Staffing, or related fields

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent math and computer proficiency

• High level of accuracy and efficiency

• Attention to detail and data analysis skills
