Basic Job Function:This position will be responsible for executing the Compliance Management System framework to identify compliance risks related to legal and regulatory guidelines and ensure remediation plans are appropriate and executed timely. The role sits within the Regulatory Compliance Group, but will work closely with each of our business units and our technology function.|
1.Drive the annual compliance risk assessment process to prioritize compliance efforts across the organization.
2.Coordinate with the Compliance Monitoring and Testing team to identify trends and compliance risks.
3.Maintain compliance related policies and procedure and draft new policies and procedures as required.
4.Partner with business units and support functions to assess and enhance 1st line of defense controls.
5.Assist in defining the scope and developing testing procedures for compliance audit and testing initiatives. Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Compliance Audit and Compliance Monitoring and Testing, to develop and execute the programs.
6.Work cross functionally to ensure compliance requirements are managed and timely implemented. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
7.Manage, resolve and escalate, as appropriate, issues to the Compliance lawyers.
8.Assist Compliance lawyers with responses to regulatory inquiries, consumer disputes and customer compliance issues; reviewing handling of such matters and recommending changes to policies, procedures and products.

1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
2.Minimum of 5-7 years' related experience with 3-5 years in compliance, consulting, or internal/external audit preferred.
3.Experience preferred in responding to regulatory examinations or investigations.
4.Excellent writing skills and strong ability to communicate verbally with individuals who may be unfamiliar with complex legal issues.
5.Excellent analytic and organizational skills.
6.Strong time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
7.Demonstrate a general knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, industry trends, and Risk Solutions' products and services.
8.Ability to work with all levels within the organization, including cross-departmental teams and leadership.
9.Skilled in industry research and benchmarking, performance assessments and development programs.
10. Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
11. Certifications preferred (e.g., CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, etc.)
