Q3 Contracting is currently looking for a Compliance Manager for its Denver, CO office location.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Evaluates all field audit data generated by the Compliance Specialist staff
Reports to Compliance Director/Operations Management on field audit findings
Uses field audit data to direct Compliance staff
Commits time to field site reviews and maintains relationships with field crews & operations supervisors
Oversees accident/incident investigation process. Performs root cause analysis and shares findings with management and/or customer
Primary responsibility for implementation & oversight of utility damage prevention plan
Supports employee training, employee evaluation & employee qualification functions
Assists in the development, adaptation & improvement of Company standards
Evaluates the overall effectiveness of the compliance program and develops continuous improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
5-years post-secondary training & experience in construction or engineering
Degree in Construction Management, Business, or equivalent is a positive
An equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Strong leadership skills
Knowledge of computers and Windows based software and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications that are employed to improve process and efficiency
Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve all issues satisfactorily
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Ability to promote a positive team environment and inspire a culture of trust & respect
Ability to delegate work assignments and match the responsibility with the personnel
Ability to set expectations and monitor delegated activities to their successful conclusion
Follow policies and procedures and complete administrative tasks correctly and on time
