Compliance Manager

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to ensure our healthcare organization remains compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compliance programs to minimize risk and promote ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments, collaborate with departments to address compliance issues, and provide training on compliance-related topics.
• Act as the main contact for regulatory authorities and accrediting bodies, keeping the organization informed of regulatory changes and updating policies accordingly.
• Investigate compliance complaints, take necessary actions, and report compliance activities and findings to senior management and governance bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare compliance
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
