Experienced professional role providing specialized guidance/ assistance/support to functions/ Compliance teams

Independently perform activities from end to end

Require advanced understanding of a range of product and services, processes, procedures, systems and concepts within their own area of specialty and integration points with related areas

Manage ambiguity, and apply judgement to identify, troubleshoot and resolve ongoing business and operational issues

Interpret and administer policies, adopts and implements business process improvements

Guided by practices, procedures and operating plans, makes process and capacity management decisions to ensure ongoing operations

Moderate level of complexity in operational / reporting / process and/or analysis function requiring a short to medium term focus

Job Description

The Compliance Governance & Operations Analyst II provides a range of research, analytical and/or operational process support within a defined area of the function. This role supports implementation activities related to initiatives including the development of and maintaining enterprise Compliance programs. May interact with key stakeholders and third-party service providers to deliver Compliance programs that satisfy regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree

3+ years relevant experience

Relevant professional designations and/or certifications as required

Solid knowledge of compliance, legal and regulatory environment, enterprise governance framework, products and services, policies, standards, systems, reporting and training requirements

Knowledge of current and emerging trends

Skills in creating appropriate analysis and specialized reporting

Skill in using computer applications including MS Office

Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form

Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships

Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently

Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions

Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
