Status: Full-Time Salary FLSA classification: Exempt
Summary of the Position: Compliance Coordinator performs, coordinates, and oversees a wide variety of administrative and program support activities for the Compliance Department.
Compliance Coordinator is responsible for but not limited to:
Administering ticketing and compliance solution systems.
Assisting with credentialing of third-party vendors and clinical consultants.
Development of a variety of reports and data analytics as needed.
Production of minutes and coordination of meetings for the Integrity Compliance Committee, sub committees, and advisory/human rights boards as required.
Assist with auditing and quality improvement activities across Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.,
Position works with highly confidential and privileged information and is required to maintain the confidentiality of both written and verbal communication with their sources.
Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in Medicaid or behavioral health programs preferred.
