COMPLIANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE POSITION: The Compliance and Customer Service Specialist (CCSS) will work with the Communications department to establish, refine, and coordinate processes for complying with mandated communications (CORA requests, FOIA inquiries, FERPA requests, board agendas, and legal motions) as well as district customer service processes including C.A.R.E. line submissions, Safe2Tell reports about schools or the district, grievance processes, and other stakeholder requests and inquiries.

The CCSS will take responsibility for communications across a broad range of topics and audiences. The CCSS will develop measurement and monitoring protocols to track and improve our compliance and customer service performance.

Calendar: 260 days

Reports to: Director of Communications

Starting Salary Range: Starting hourly rate is $21.29 per year to $28.63 per year depending upon previous relevant experience. Actual starting pay rate will be determined after a review of the work experience provided on the job application and resume.
