Tech Valley Talent, a NYS and NYC certified Woman Owned Business located just outside of Saratoga NY, is searching for a Compliance Analyst to support a long term engagement in Albany, NY working alongside our client's Healthcare Systems Transformation Practice (HST). The HST Practice is focused on delivering value and support to various healthcare technology initiatives.

The primary role of the Compliance Analyst will be to coordinate and execute desk and field audits of the Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program.

Our ideal candidate will have:

At least a Bachelor's degree with 2 to 5 years of experience with public sector clients in a strong process oriented environment and have strong analytical skills and/or an information technology background.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance or audit role of function is strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and communication skills are essential to ensure that high quality support and deliverables are provided to clients.

Must possess excellent written and verbal communications, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to manage and develop key relationships with colleagues and clients through collaborative thinking and a strong customer focus. Must be well organized, have the ability to work well under pressure, and be an excellent team player.

Additional Compliance Analyst details:

Organize project work into client presentations outlining findings and recommendations

Participate in internal team and client facing meetings

Preparation of reports and presentations as needed

Coordinate and execute desk and field audits

Work with client team to develop annual risk assessment

Conduct peer reviews of completed audits

Lead special project teams

Answer phone and email inquiries concerning audit requirements

Ability to work independently and under general supervision.

Ability to problem solve complex assignments requiring research and analysis.

Prefer familiarity with Meaningful Use and the EHR Incentive Program.

Strong critical thinking, problem solving and ability to collaboratively with peers and senior public sector staff.

Strong written documentation, communication and analytical skills are necessary to ensure that high quality deliverables provided to clients.

Professional businesslike image to clients and teammates.

Strong computer skills, including experience using MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Visio and SharePoint. Access familiarity is strongly preferred
