Compliance Analyst (Hybrid Schedule)

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst to support communications, data analytics, and project management for an Industry Leading Pharmaceutical Company in New Brunswick, NJ.

Responsibilities for the Compliance Analyst

• Assist in continuous improvement efforts for both Health Care Compliance and business

• Carry out technical support, including user access, system changes, end user issues, user acceptance testing

• Author and maintain training materials and conduct new user trainings

• Pull reports and collect and maintain metrics from the various tracking and review systems

• Creation of dashboards, along with data visualization

• Provide comprehensive list used to populate compliance dashboard

Qualifications of the Compliance Analyst

• 3+ years of experience supporting compliance related activities is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)

• Experience utilizing Tableau Dashboards is preferred

• Prior experience with data analytics is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred

Compensation for the Compliance Analyst

• Pay Rate: $40-45 Per Hour

• Hybrid Schedule (Two days a week in New Brunswick, NJ)

• Long Term Contract (with strong possibility of extension)
