About the Opportunity

Digital Management, LLC (DMI) is seeking a full time Compliance Analyst that will primarily support the Company's financial and tax compliance responsibilities. The Compliance Analyst duties include managing the company's internal audit and financial compliance function as well as managing the tax compliance function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for management and completion of all state and local tax filings and registrations

  • Completion of all ad hoc regulatory filings and surveys, including census surveys, registered agent filings, etc.

  • Work with consultants to identify opportunities for tax incentives and tax savings

  • Manage the Company's voluntary disclosure program

  • Manage the Company's relationship with DCAA, including supporting DCAA audits, collaborating across the organization to accumulate and deliver audit requests as the Company's primary POC for DCAA, and addressing DCAA concerns

  • Manage completion of incurred cost submission, with support of consultants

  • Oversee financial statement account reconciliations, ensuring accountability across organization to ensure timely, accurate reconciliations

  • Support company efforts to document processes and controls, and oversee internal control environment

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years business experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and to respond to changing business needs

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • CPA preferred

The maintenance of the LM bank account database and files, and making timely updates on bank account opening/closing and signer changes. Complying with the GTO SOX documentation requirements, and supporting the audit requirements corporate-wide. 2. The corporate-wide documentation and administration process for the LM bank account openings/closings and signer changes. Interface with each Business Area/Business Unit (BA/BU), EBS Finance, Corporate Business Development, Legal and various bank personnel to prepare all required documentation complying with domestic and foreign banking laws. 3. Investigates and resolves bank account documentation compliance problems with the banks. 4. May work with other corporate organizations and/or partner banks to develop procedures to improve processes for LM documentation compliance with partner banks. 5. The Annual Bank Account Review (ABAR) process, working with BA/BUs and EBS to gather all required banking data, perform the review, reconcile discrepancies (if any), and publish the review report to the Treasurer and BA/BU CFOs. 6. Coordinating and preparing the annual foreign bank account report (FBAR) filings. 7. Providing additional support to bank-related documentation requirements, as needed. 8. Providing support to various Treasury/GTO-related assignments/special projects, as needed. 9. Some overtime required. Candidates should be: a) able and willing to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet daily requirements of the position; b) a change agent with industry updates and internal process changes; and c) willing to learn more about Global Treasury Operations, Treasury and the overall business of Lockheed Martin.
