CompuGain is an Information Technology and Business Consulting firm providing project-based solutions, software solutions and professional staffing services.

The analyst, under limited supervision, supports the evaluation, identification, implementation and maintenance of new/enhanced systems, products and processes related to company-wide compliance activities, including, but not limited to the Sarbanes Oxley Act for Section 404 (SOX 404) compliance, Regulation Systems Compliance and Integrity (Reg SCI), Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) inspections, Internal Audits, and other departmental governance activities.
Essential Job Functions:
Serve as a liaison for all parties in connection with internal and external IT compliance activities
Builds relationships with external RSA clients
Maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulation requirements
Develops reports and provides detailed status updates
Possess a strong understanding of applicable regulations for which the department is subject
Evaluate current compliance activities for inefficiencies, provide recommendations for improvement, and manage implementation to ensure overall consistency and operating efficiencies
Provide status updates on open IT audit findings, conduct complex investigations and ensure all outstanding issues have been resolved in order to close all issues by the stated deadline
Develop annual training program for department staff and mentor staff that support compliance efforts
Oversee maintenance of team wiki pages and other document repositories
Manage all compliance related policies, procedures and related documentation
Oversee the Technology Publication process, including review of documentation, coordination of committee meetings and other related tasks
Monitor all incidents and maintain appropriate metrics for reporting to senior management
Draft all external communications related to regulatory compliance
Recommend system changes per Reg SCI and oversee related testing and implementation

Bachelors degree in business, technology, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of IT audit or related compliance experience
Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office applications
Experience in documenting policies and procedures, system issues, and in drafting guidelines and training materials
Experience communicating with technical and operations teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong project management skills
High attention to detail
Working Conditions:
Standard office environment. Extended and off-hour support may be required. Occasional travel may be required.
