OverviewCanon USA is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst (Analyst, Compliance) to work out of the U.S. corporate headquarters in Melville, NY. Responsible for supporting and managing compliance activities assisting with new compliance projects as directed by compliance management the development and distribution of Compliance status reports.

Coordination of efforts to meet and maintain acceptable performance levels in regards to compliance training objectives and, assisting with the management of policies and procedures. The development and distribution of Compliance status reports. Person should assist or take ownership where required. Responsibilities- Generate and distribute Compliance Training status reports

  • Support Archer Application to manage policy and procedures

  • Support administration of the compliance training and certification programs across Canon Americas

  • Administer compliance training on Canon Academy

  • Assist the Manager of Compliance with monitoring and reporting results for compliance training and compliance with corporate policies

  • Assist with new compliance projects as directed by compliance management

  • Support the Manager of Compliance as necessary with regard to the administration and objectives of the Corporate Compliance Office Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required

  • At least 2 years of Compliance related experience, including Policies & Procedures Management and Risk Management

  • This position will be responsible for communicating compliance efforts across a wide variety of operating units and subsidiaries and must possess appropriate professionalism and communication skills Company OverviewCanon U.S.A., Inc.
