Job Description Job Description Recruiting for a Complex Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join an established mid-sized Catastrophic Injury-Personal Injury law firm in Miami. They are seeking senior-level support to work directly with the Attorneys handling some of the following:

Must have previous civil litigation experience, Spanish speaking is REALLY helpful Handle all aspects of Litigation through trial for 2 partners Drafting/reviewing/proofing/editing documents Scheduling motions, hearings, and depositions Trial prep and assistance Motions, discovery, hearings, etc. This is a full-time position with an established firm in the area.
