Complex General Manager Pay Rate : $192,700 - $256,900 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Salinas and Gilroy, CA The Job You Will Perform: Accountable for profit and loss of two or more facilities. Manufacturing, including throughput, cost and waste control, maintenance, quality, inventories control and meeting budgeted production metrics Position reports to the NAC Region General Manager and manages a direct staff including Manufacturing Manager, Complex Controller, and Sales Manager.
