If you're passionate about hospitality and driven to make an impact, this role is for you The Complex General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the account, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and superior communication skills to maintain a seamless relationship with the client and deliver outstanding food quality and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all P&L and budgeting aspects for the account. Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead HR functions including hiring, performance management, and terminations.

Supervise team scheduling, payroll, and ongoing staff training. Foster strong relationships with customers, guests, the client, and internal departments. Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and ensure top-quality food offerings.

Implement new culinary programs in coordination with the company's marketing and culinary teams. Preferred Qualifications: BS in Hospitality or Culinary Arts (preferred). 5 years of foodservice operations experience.

High-volume production and catering expertise. Proven experience managing budgets and financial operations. A passion for growth and development within a leading foodservice company.
