Compensation Consultant, Enterprise Compensation
Benchmarking, Global Salary and Job Architecture
Manage and lead the annual benchmarking cycle, in collaboration with the broader Compensation COE, to develop annual recommendations as an outcome of survey results. Maintain and own the enterprise-wide approach of reviewing market data for base pay
Own current survey data tool and FY25 assessment of new vendors and implementation of new platform, when available
Develop and maintain salary structure development for enterprise-wide employees, including sales salary structures; analyze and verify that current structures are serving the purpose of enabling the enterprise to pay employees competitively vs. market; monitor and implement on recommendations regarding adjustments for range spreads, midpoint progressions, etc.
Regulatory/Compliance Landscape and Industry Trends
Ownership of compliance initiatives and stakeholder change management, including, but not limited to, FLSA changes, minimum wage changes and impact, employees below pay range minimum
Manage and develop recommendations for system, program, and policy changes to ensure compliance, and lead the change management efforts in partnership with Legal
Lead ongoing review of McKesson's pay vs. minimum wage and living wage legislation and initiatives at state and local levels, in cooperation with Analyst team
Monitor other wage issues and government initiatives to evaluate impact to the organization
Track industry total reward trends to educate Consulting COE and to develop recommendations for new programs/policies that meet the needs of the business
Geographical Salary Plan Assignments
Lead the analysis of McKesson work locations to appropriate salary plans and refine geographical assignment approach as needed
Centrally manage the process for the development of recommendations for change in methodology to ensure implementation supports business's ability to pay competitively in labor markets
Compensation Analytics and Market Insights
Proactive analytics and reporting of compensation data and insights
Compensation team representative for cross-functional partnership across HR for reporting and analytics initiatives (e.g., Visier, skills work, creation of dashboards)
Lead and manage other projects and duties as assigned
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of dedicated compensation experience
4+ year Program Management experience.
Extensive knowledge of survey methodology and experience with usage of salary data platforms (e.g., MarketPay, etc)
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, etc.
Strong knowledge of Workday and HRIS applications
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Process improvement mindset
Solid business acumen and customer focus
Flexible and capable of adapting to changing business conditions and priorities
Able to work under minimum supervision and act as a team player
Previous experience working as part of a cross-functional team, preferably in a large, complex organization or corporate setting

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$104,800 - $174,600
