Administers complex compensation program(s). Applies best practices and strong working knowledge of compensation techniques theories, methods and practices. Interprets and resolves any complex issues relating to administration of assigned compensation programs as well as salary administration raised by HR staff and management. Works independently with occasional guidance.
Education Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Designation preferred.
Experience 8+ Years in compensation or other HR or technical function.
Sound knowledge of compensation law and techniques, applications and programs.
Solid Analytical skills to analyze data and produce reports.
Technology proficient in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft as required.
Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills.
Customer focused to provide support to clients with salary administration and data needs.
Team oriented to work collaboratively with business units.
Result driven with focus on achieving results.
