What you will do:
The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits strategy for Air Distribution Technologies. This role oversees the compensation strategy and administration of health, wellness, retirement, and other benefits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Compensation and Benefits Manager also analyzes the effectiveness and competitiveness of the pay and benefits offerings, and recommends enhancements and improvements based on best practices and industry trends.
How you will do it:
Execute the compensation and benefits strategy and budget, aligned with the company's goals and values
Design, implement, and administer short and long term incentive programs.
Communicate and educate employees on their total compensation package. Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits-related issues and inquiries
Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness and value of compensation and benefits programs, and propose enhancements and innovations based on data and feedback.
Design and improve incentives plans by influencing the decision-making process through expert advice, research, strong personal experience and business understanding
Manage annual Total Rewards processes like compensation benchmarking/surveys, large incentive changes, merit planning and incentive administration
Advising HR staff and managers on compensation decisions to ensure alignment with policy and business objectives
Identifying, researching, and providing recommendations for compensation-related inquiries in a timely manner
Manage the day-to-day operations of the benefits programs, including enrollment, eligibility, claims, billing, and vendor relations.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to benefits, such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, etc.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and satisfaction of the benefits providers and vendors, and negotiate contracts and renewals
Collaborate with other HR functions and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of compensation and benefits programs with other initiatives and processes.
What we look for:
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration and management, preferably in a large and complex organization.
Strong knowledge of compensation theory, specifically with the design and administration of incentive programs.
Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations, and best practices and trends in benefits design and delivery
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to use data and metrics to drive outcomes.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, and familiar with benefits technology and platforms
