Are you passionate about having a positive impact in healthcare? We're seeking an Executive Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the executive compensation and benefit plans while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This position will also provide guidance around the executive compensation processes and programs including executive new hire packages, incentives, and compensation adjustments.
Location: This position is open to remote/work from home with strong preference for candidates residing within the UPH geographies of Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Assists in the development and design of executive compensation and benefit program and performs full scope of activities related to the design, administration and delivery of these programs as needed.
In partnership with an independent consultant, conducts an annual review of the executive compensation levels against peer groups and other benchmarks in order to prepare recommendations regarding compensation and benefit programs.
Prepare materials for the Executive Committee of the Board and interface with the independent consultants regarding executive compensation and benefit programs, program updates, and other initiatives that must be reviewed and approved appropriately.
Serves as liaison with outside insurance carriers or other agencies relative to executive compensation and benefits functions.
Participates in the administration of executive benefit programs (life and disability) and deferred compensation programs.
Acts as a liaison with executive team members advising them on answering complex questions and assuring corrections are applied accurately.
Responsible for the onboarding and off boarding experience of executive team members as it relates to compensation and benefit programs.
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience:
Required: At least 3 years of experience in compensation.
Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits.
License(s)/Certification(s):
Preferred: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional)
