The Compensation and Benefits Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs for Trintech's global workforce. This position assists in managing the entire life cycle of compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with organizational objectives. The role is instrumental in maintaining accurate employee data, facilitating communication regarding benefits, and providing administrative support to the Total Rewards team.
