Morgan Stanley Human Resources Rewards, Analytics and Solutions department is seeking a professional to support business unit compensation and workforce analytics.

The primary functions of the group include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the year-end salary and bonus processes

  • Compensation modeling and analyses

  • Compensation expense planning/forecasting, coordinating monthly bonus accrual, and preparation of base salary budgets - all with accompanying analytics

  • Preparation of senior management exhibits to make critical business decisions

  • Collaborate with various partners, including HR Business Partners, Corporate Compensation, Executive Compensation, Finance and HR Operations

  • Compensation competitive benchmarking

  • Partner with clients on a wide variety of human capital analytics (including, but not limited to: promotions, hiring, talent, attrition, workforce activity, ad-hoc requests)

  • Partner with clients to develop Tableau reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2 Years Professional Related Work Experience

  • Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical concise way

  • Strong process and project-management skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, re-prioritize or problem-solve as needed and ensure accurate delivery of product

  • Strong client focus and team player

  • Must have superior attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly & concisely

  • Superior Microsoft Excel skills

  • Interest in learning new systems and technologies

  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools, developing & using predictive analytics, Python/R coding or Business Objects preferred

  • Approaches work with mindset to continuously improve and streamline processes
