Position: Compensation Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+Summary:
The Compensation Analyst supports company-wide compensation programs, providing support to the Compensation Consultants. Role will act as the internal consultant to HR Consultants and business leadership on compensation-related issues.
Responsibilities:             
  • Responsible for participating in the annual external salary survey data gathering and submission on behalf of client, and analysis of results.
  • Maintains job description library and Serves as the owner of the organization’s salary survey database and makes recommendations on job evaluation process, and methodology.
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of salary administration programs including salary structures, merit and promotional guidelines, and short term incentive.
  • Support administration programs and implementation and communication of new programs, policies and processes.
  • Provide support, guidance and recommendations on base pay management, completing market analysis and collaborating with senior members of the team to support HR Consultants and Business leaders on all compensation-related issues.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
  • Completes job evaluations, comprehensive market analysis and creates accurate job descriptions aligned with best practices.
  • Provides support on Compensation related projects, working with cross-functional partners.
Required Skills:
  • 2-4 Years experience in HR compensation and job evaluation role
  • Must have advanced experience with job market analysis, including compensation metrics.
  • Must have experience working with cross functional teams gathering internal and external job and compensation data.
  • Experience maintaining libraries of job descriptions, compensation and job evaluation documentation.
  • Must have strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with advanced Analytics a plus.
  • Experience with Workday a plus.
