Responsibilities

Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position. Interviews and surveys employees and managers to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job.

Prepares and maintains job classifications and salary scales. Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information. Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.

Ensures data integrity, performs calculations, audits, and forecasting in support of compensation programs such as annual bonus program, sales incentive programs, and stock administration. Gathers data and partners with compliance and HR business partners to support pay equity reviews.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of business experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent additional experience

  • Strong Excel skills to automate processes and support calculations and analytics

  • Ability to communicate with employees across the organization

  • Ability to engage in prolonged periods of computer use utilizing desktop and web-based applications Delivers high attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Business or HR Administration

  • Previous Compensation Support/Human Resources experience

  • Skilled in PowerPoint, including the ability to convert large amounts of data into clear, concise management presentations that facilitate decision making

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $84,014 to $112,017. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
