The Job
The Compensation Analyst II is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation
programs across the organization and providing competitive compensation packages to all employees.
This is a highly consultative role.
They will work closely with our People and Culture business partners and Talent Acquisition team, to
analyze the impact of a wide range of compensation packages. The Compensation Analyst will research
current market practices, measure the effectiveness of existing plans, and evaluate current and future
opportunities.

Your Qualifications/Skills/Abilities
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
2 to 4 years of Compensation experience.
Workday experience a plus.
Strong Microsoft Office, SQL and Access
Must have outstanding Microsoft Excel skills and ability to create dynamic spreadsheets (i.e., formulas,
VLookups, Pivot tables)
Analytical thinking skills.
Strong financial acumen and mathematical skills with an ability to conduct compensation analysis which requires an
understanding of metrics.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Must stay on top and have a working knowledge of changing local, state, and federal laws and
regulations regarding compensation and pay equity. This includes the FLSA, Equal Pay Act, ADA,
minimum wage requirements, overtime regulations, and more.

Base Pay Range: $71,700.00 to $114,700.00 annually
