WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in either our Denver (CO), Englewood (CO), or Rochester Hills (MI) office, you will be responsible for supporting and administering the day-to-day activities related to compensation programs as well as contributing to large-scale compensation projects.
You will evaluate and analyze salary data, determine pay grades and job levels, and complete compensation surveys.
The role will conduct job evaluations and give recommendations to HR Business Partners and business line managers.
You will also support compensation tools, processes and systems that enable implementation of compensation strategies including annual merit and bonus processes.
