WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in either our Denver (CO), Englewood (CO), or Rochester Hills (MI) office, you will be responsible for supporting and administering the day-to-day activities related to compensation programs as well as contributing to large-scale compensation projects.

• You will evaluate and analyze salary data, determine pay grades and job levels, and complete compensation surveys.

• The role will conduct job evaluations and give recommendations to HR Business Partners and business line managers.

• You will also support compensation tools, processes and systems that enable implementation of compensation strategies including annual merit and bonus processes.
