Overview
Our team is looking for a Compensation Analyst who can work within the global compensation function. The Compensation Analyst must interpret market information and best practices into actionable guidance for the organization through effective processes and communications. The Compensation Analyst will help to build best in class compensation processes that create repeatable measurement and dashboarding capability across the enterprise.
This role will pay a salary of $70,000 to $80,000.
For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 12 holidays)

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions (including to but not limited to):
Advises management on applicable state and federal employment regulations, compensation policies, human resource procedures, and collective agreements.
Participates in annual pay audits
Supports international compensation inquiries as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proficient in, or willingness to learn, multiple market pricing and Job description tools including PayScale and PayFactors
Moderate knowledge of the subject matter
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years work experience
Analytical thinking and Mathematical skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
