What You Will Do As the Compensation Analyst, you will research, analyze and make recommendations for compensation policies and programs. Assist with new job creation and ensure appropriate documentation. Perform job market analysis.
Monitor compliance and changes in applicable laws and regulations. Process compensation changes and corrections. Maintain confidentiality in handling highly sensitive information, including compensation pay design and individual pay/benefits information.
What You Will Need Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
