What is the work?Advising:- Consults with client group(s), HR Team, and business Leadership regarding programs, policies, and processes- Provides market analysis, position evaluations, job classifications, and assistance with job creation and documentation to assigned client groups- Advises on salary structure development, organizational structure, FLSA exemptions, pay / bonus plans, budgetary impacts, and compliance with regulations and labor laws- Organizes / directs activities involving communication, execution, implementation, and modification of programs and policies- Develops / presents communications for HR business partners, client group Leadership / Partners- Leads salary program(s) administration; reviews survey data submissions

Analytics:- Analyzes economic trends, compensation statistics, and market / business / survey data to support salary program recommendations related to annual planning and strategic / tactical projects- Develops costing models, reports, metrics, and analysis as needed- Develops / provides reports, metrics, analysis as needed- Researches / analyzes / monitors government compliance programs and regulations- Retrieves / analyzes HRIS data

Project Management:- Leads company-wide programs / projects, from inception to implementation, including merit cycles, incentive programs, job family work, and annual planning- May perform scenario testing through model creation to diagnose impact on / issues with new initiatives

Mentoring:

  • May mentor or direct Compensation Advisors I and IIWhat is your background?- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience- 5+ years of experience in Compensation, HR, or business- Experience in financial analysis
